Phil Pisano – Director of Finance
Phil Pisano has spent over 35 years in the banking, real estate, insurance, entertainment, and product marketing and distribution areas. He has worked for Wells Fargo, Tokai Bank, Commonwealth Bank, Cigna, and Mass Mutual. While at Commonwealth Bank, Mr. Pisano served as the Regional Vice President for the Orange County Region where his duties included the supervision of all operations, business loans, commercial loans and the mortgage division.
Mr. Pisano was a District Manager for Mass Mutual where his duties included the supervision of the financial planning division in the areas of business and estate planning for high net worth individuals. Upon leaving the financial planning business, Mr. Pisano worked as a private investment banker for investment groups both domestically and internationally, assisting those groups in the areas of capital financing, strategic planning, marketing, and import of products into the United States. He has overseen the product development, manufacturing, and distribution into major retail chains for a wide variety of products from sporting goods to electronics.
Mr. Pisano currently serves as Finance Chairman for ITEP. Most recently, Mr. Pisano organized the International Panel for the Harvard/ USC Business Conference. He is a graduate of the University of Southern California and a member of the Kappa Sigma Fraternity.
