Although this is a very condensed version, nonetheless it is still inspiring and thought provoking, that with the "right team" anything is possible. The 6 years I spent here in Phoenix have been a financial devastation and I've learned that timing is better than brains, in that, I should have left when the market was soaring. Instead, I stayed and kept throwing a lot of money at a sinking ship. So here's to the hope of a new future, a breakthrough to keep trying and thanks for your words.
